I first heard about this from Kevin who was rumaging around the internet around mine. I was interested but as with most thing I read on the internet to do with anime series coming out, I tent to take what's said with a pinch of salt.
However it would appear that it is happening as I noticed on saterday on my XBOX a little vidoe telling us all about it.
So I did a little more digging and found this that givies a few more details

Yeah I saw this on AOD last night and I have to say it looks interesting. Bishie Wolverine did throw me a little but it could be really good and Iron Man has the potential to be awesome as I see it being Bubblegum Crisis-y |

that totally didn't look CG either! if it was, they did a flippin good job of covering it up.
It'll come out just in time for Iron Man 2  well at least the same year anyways

Studio 4C involved in the Halo anime makes me raise an eyebrow, I know them for things like Stratos 4 and Aika and najica. Copious ammounts of pantyshots.
Can see it coming.

The only bit of Halo Legends i do not like the look of (going by the trailer) is the section animated by Casio Entertainment. I didn't the section of The Animatrix animated by Square Pictures USA. They both have a video gamey look in common, which is weird.
Looking forward to this project. *hides the fact he has all 3 Halo games + Halo 3 ODST on preorder*
