Noein 2 - 23/04/07
Robotech the New Generation Complete - 02/04/07
Manga Essentials 2 Box - 02/04/07
Ok, so it was Akira, Gits and Ninja Scroll in the first box. Let's have a little guessing game as to what you reckon will be in this one before more details come out.
My guess:
Perfect Blue (because it's damn good)
Street Fighter II (I reckon they'll waste no time!)
Urotsukidoji (meh, I ran out of ideas) |

Lol! They could put Blood, Kaidoumaru and Dead Leaves together as a special Production I.G. box.
That would be quite nice having 3 films which are too damn short all in one go, you might acutally get your money's worth that way! |

Description from the Play listing, so I assume the packaging:
| Quote: | Urotsukidoji - Legend of the Overfiend & Legend of the Demon Womb - The original anime "video nasty". A sickening tale of horrendous violence, uncontrollable lusts and supernatural forces beyond the imagination.
|
That'll be an 18 rating then?
Also

I have it on VHS so may get it again. Not sure if it's the original dub or the ADV redub. I'm guessing the latter. A little surprised it got past the BBFC given the story about teachers stripping and torturing schoolgirls. All done very tastefully of course
Quite a lot of new stuff's been added to the 'coming soon' lists on Play. |

I jest yes.
Kekko Kamen has to be seen really to understand it.
While the basic pretext is very dodgy, and I do mean very, the end result is hilarious if completely bonkers.
Not for the easily offended though. It's a Go Nagai after all. |

I've been tempted to go for the old vids on ebay every now and then, but now I know it's coming out here again I'm going to wait.
Should be fun! |
