Angelic Layer, £5.99 per volume, that's a bargain if ever I saw one. If you have any feeling whatsoever, buy it!

Aquarian Age is pretty good as well. A nice twist on the card game genre.
I might get New Cutey Honey, but didnt that end pretty poorly (ie didnt have an ending).

I can't honestly remember. I really enjoyed the first disc, but can't recall the second one at all!
I wouldn't worry too much about the ending. It's one of those 'monster of the week' series so it doesn't really matter imo. Also it starts straight after the original 1970s series so it's made to be incoherent!
(if you do go for it, watch out for the cosplay scenes in the extras - so bad! ) |
