As a complimentary thread to '.. have made you cry' which anime have given you that inner glow of yes! when a villain get's his/her/its just desserts or 2 characters finally get together and rideoff into the sunset?

I can't think of any specific scenes at the moment but you're right those moments usually happen when somebody gets what's coming to them.
It doesn't have to be a bad thing either as when two characters finally kiss for the first time I usually think "yes about time".

D.N.Angel - One of the last moments in the anime is a kiss, i was like about bloody time!
Whever the good guys find the badguys weakspot and hit them for six is another generic "OH YEAH!!!" moment.

There's bit in Slayers Next where Lina does a Dragon SLave right into the main bad guy and while she's performing it, Sylphiel makes a suprise return and does another Dragon Slave right at the bad guy too, doubling the power.
ROD the TV works for me too.
Oh there's a scene in SAC(1st gig) where a russian agents cyborg arm blows up and takes out a whole warehouse in a massive explosion, that momnet makes me go Yeah. (it's the kidnapping episode)
