Might as well revive the old BBFC thread as there was one last time. I won't link to everything, just the more interesting stuff. Feel free to chip in on this one. (oh ad they're all uncut unless otherwise stated)

A few IGPX: Immortal Grand Prix episodes on there with Us and PGs, but episode 5 got a 12 for a 'moderate insult' which sounds a little odd. (not a 'retard' comment surely?)

Eureka 7 epsode 7 got a PG for 'natural nudity'

Samurai 7 13-16 got a 12
Gantz got an 18 for episodes 21-3

Oh and Tetsujin Live Action got PG

Geez looezy, the worst insults in IGPX is the occasional use of "ass".

Modarate insult seems an odd reason to give something a 12 imo.

edit - oh yeah "natural nudity" shows something of a difference between the UK and the US - in the US if there nudity even non-sexual its bad, over here non-sexual nudity is fine, even at a U

The IGPX thing is probably about a scene where River calls Takeshi a spaz...

It seems the King of Fighters ONA will be getting a UK release:

Note they watched each episode 3 times - im guess thats English, Japanese and Audio Commentry

Nice find! Aren't they throwing this in with the game as opposed to a proper release? (like like they did with the .hack games)

Think I'm more inclined to be getting that one then!

Some MVM stuff came up today. Can't be arsed to link it, but I'll list the basic info:

Samurai 7 13-6: 12
Texnolyze 20-2: 15
Samurai Champloo 24-6: 15
Gestalt: 12 (it's only 2 episodes so it's only a hour long. I ain't touching it!)

One potentially interesting thing listed in Gestalt's extras:
"00:00:54:12 DRUIDS BASKET - 4 DVD BOXSET NOW AVAILABLE"
I'm guessing it's Fruits Basket spelt wrong, but I've not heard of a box set coming at all. Maybe there'll be one early next year alongside the Haibane Renmei box? Alternitively, this might just be an american advert that needs to be removed, but thought I'd point it out anyway. Yay for rumours! Link:

Nothing really stands out, so I'll leave the links out. A few Beez things today:

4 My-Hime episodes - all 12
2 IGPX - one U and one PG
One Gundam Seed - PG
4 X Panda-Z - U

I thought Panda Z was supposed to be all chaotic and a bit dodgy. I didn't expect a U.

So far I think there's only been one PG and the rest a U. Probably the safest Go Nagai anime of all time! Laughing

PandaZ isn't the slightest bit dodgy from what I saw of it. Robotic Pandas having comedy fights with robotic bulls and other animals whilst trying to woo robotic rabbits. It is mad and chaotic and very, very difficult to sit through many episodes at once but it is fairly harmless stuff when all's said and done.

Some more stuff came onto the site today:

Full Metal Alchemist 8 - 12
Gantz 7 - 15 ...damn! I was hoping it'd stay on track with the 18s!
Gungrave 7 - 15
Requiem from the Darkness 2 - 15
Pokemon - Jirachi - Wish Maker - U

Jinki: Extend 1 got a 12. Have I not been paying attention, or has this not been annonced yet?

Yeah, it was the centerpiece of the ADV panel, with them showing the raw/timecoded version of episode 1.
