As far as I can recall, these are the new titles (volumes) that have shipped from Manga Ent so far this year, that includes series that have rounded off. GITS:SAC:SSS isn't out for another week so I have left that out.

So which one is your favourite?

For me this is a tough one. Manga really haven't endeared themselves to me this year. And this week's rumours concerning Tokko and Noein have made things worse. Of all that has been released so far, it's only Noein that has really grabbed my interest...

I think Saikano (She, the Ultimate Weapon) has been the best release on grounds of technical quality. The rest have had their fair share of problems, with dubtitling from the beginning (bad enough) or halfway through (even worse in my opinion) that have all impaired my view of them. That is by no means an objective opinion but is very much a snapshot of my current gut feeling.

I would vote Noein had I seen the whole series and had the release not been rumoured to be botched in favor of the box, so instead I'll vote Saikano (including OVA) for being way way beter than I remember it, in a rare move I watched the whole series in less than a day.

Sell the singles you've got and put the money towards the box, one saving grace is the box set (noien anyway) costs less than the combined RRP of what the final 2 volumes would have cost.

Hell IF you got them from HMV their returns policy is excelent.
