I used to use them, they tend to be reliable, but have no way of tracking orders, so I stopped using them.

I use them sporadically for artbooks and the odd DVD box set I can't find anywhere else. They're pretty good, I've had no problems with them, they are also willing to bring stuff along to events for you to pick up there.

Never used them myself, but a friend once ordered a CD and it took a looong time to arrive.

I'm a United Publications fan as well as their delivery estimates are reliable. Never had any problems with them (although otaku does stock a load of stuff from Japan which UP doesn't).
