I never liked the Nasesico trailer as it totally mis-represented the show.

Generally like bad trailers though. Bung in one of Manga's older 'Collection' DVDs and I'm happy. Violence Jack trailer ftw, but Kaidoumaru is nowhere near that badass! Laughing

The only trailer that I don't really like in general is where you get a condescending (normally heavily Americanised) voice over. Getbackers and Peacemaker spring to mind...

My fave trailer is still Kiddy Grade!

I owned a Speccy back in the day, and it fills my geek quotient. But in the space of two minutes it manages to get you interested in the characters and emotionally invested. Pretty good for a trailer.

Are these the dramatic american male voiceovers?

I'll admit they're better than the silent ones where you had no idea what was happening.

But they make it sooo dramatic it's offputting!

Guh, that dub is nasty.
Anime dubs still sound way too cartoony to me, even though she's making a w dreamy speech her voice sounds...put on. I think dubs would be way better if people acted properly rather than thinking "Oh it's a cartoon so I need a cutesty voice"

Sounds like he said it with an A. Like "Ha-Ra-Hee"

At least if it's in Japanese I can't tell as well if it's horrendous.
