That was a good trailer, and for once the voiceover didn't make me want to keel over with laughter.
Couldn't work out whether it was a horror title or not though...sounded like it should be, but didn't look it. |
I think Spriggan is more of an action thriller type one sorta Indiana Jones with Cyborg soldiers instead of nazis |
It has a fantastic chase sequence at the beginning too. _________________ ...

I was watching the trailers on Utawarerumono volume 3 and i noticed that ADVs trailers for widescreen shows arent in widescreen. Well not proper 16:9 widescreen, just letterboxed 4:3. Its not something that will show up if your watching it on a 4:3 TV, but its really noticeable on the HDTV in the living room (pillarboxed and letterboxed). Its not showing off the shows to there full potential IMO.
In fact - anyone know of any widescreen anime that has a widescreen trailer for it? _________________ Avatar: Misa Amane from Death Note

Nope! But then, I don't have a widescreen
I found a Sonic trailer on one of my DVD's the other day, which shocked me.
And an FMA Conqueror of Shamballa one which I had to turn off quickly as I don't know what happens at the end of FMA yet and it was SPOILING IT! *is traumatised* Looked like a good trailer though... |

And to reply again, just saw the End of Evangelion Movie Trailer.
WHY DID THEY USE 'O FORTUNA' as the music? Dramatic music would have been fine...and even suited it, but O Fortuna was a mistake - it's too well known and made it seem cliched. |

Witchblade trailer due next Feb/08 from MVM.
The trailer doesn't do it for me at all, too much death metal music. _________________ ...

I just imported 2 Fictionjunction Yuuka albums, and very good they are too, and was poking round on Youtube for videos when I found this for Madlax which was one of my favourite series from last year.
Nowhere
More a video than a trailer but close enough I think.
There's plenty of others I suspect but this one is pretty good and for one of the best tracks from the series. _________________ When people fail at being alive, they die.

Just watched the Vexille trailer. WOW!
It's on the Naruto: Lost Story disc
Me wants.
It's 3D CG anime style, looks absolutely awesome. _________________ "I thought what I'd do was, I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes."

It kinda looks like the CGI Appleseed in terms of story it's a sci-fi conspiracy thing it seems. (I watched the trailer as well ) Not seen it yet so can't comment any more than that really.
Trailer here (though it's different from the one on the Naruto disc):

Just saw the Area 88 trailer when checking my Madlax discs.
They actually made a proper trailer rather than using the opening song.
I really liked it, and though I watched it subbed, the dub isn't half bad. |
