It starts off as quite good. People DO swear like that...
Then it starts getting silly. "What in the name of fuck was that!?" XD WHAAA?
I've never seen Angel cop, but that convinced me to take a peek. <3 gore. |

Yeah, I've always thought that British dubs reflect swearing on a proper level. (American media doesn't seem to like swearing much, but are happier with extreme violence ) If you were in a dirty gunfight hell yeah you'd be swearing like a trooper!
... though I'll admit Angel Cop does it waaaay too much!
"Fuck and piss!" |

I though Angel Cop was an English as in UK dub, the sort that Manga used to do back in the day with really bad American accents. _________________ "I thought what I'd do was, I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes."

Whoops no I didn't mean the accents. Pretty sure most of Manga's stuff was dubbed in the UK with American actors. Odds are more than anything that the scripts with mega-swearing are UK-produced so they kind of ring true when I hear them.
In Angel Cop's case it makes a bit of a naff show turn into something better, although it's a rare example of this method working.

There was a R1 release a few years ago, but is OOP now.
Oh and in regard to the Daily Mail comment: Lighten up! |

I love Angel Cop, it is in the so bad it's good category.
Also my favourite dialogue ever "Eat shit and die!"
It can be taken as a curse, or with a slightly different context, the meaning of life itself. Profound philosophy! _________________ "I thought what I'd do was, I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes."
