I was watching disk 3 of Elfen Lied over the weekend and the scene where Nyu was fondling Yuka's erm bosoms from behind while squealing Nyu Nyu Nyu made me chuckle. Amid the violence this was a very effective lighter moment.

I'd also add the Country Roads sequence in Whisper Of The Heart. No idea how effective it was dubbed but in Japanese it was a very chucklesome scene Laughing

So, as we haven't had one of these for a while I'll start this one. I'm not talking about belly laugh falling off the seat stuff so much as good natured chuckles.

One that always makes me smile is in Get backers when Ban is fighting Shido Fuyuki, when they are trying to get the violin back, and Kazuki Fuuchouin shows up. In a badass attitude Ban says something along the lines of "Bring it on I'll fight and destroy both of you" and as they are taken back by this Ban becoms super deformed and says "Just Kidding!"

I didnt expect this especially with Ban's character it made me chuckle.

Every time I watch Sayonara zetsubou sensei and he says "What if I had died!?" or "ZETSUBOU SHITA!!!"
And the scene in N.H.K ni yokoso when they're designing their heroin and decide to pack in every single cliche ever.
