I've just noticed that Anime Central is now showing GI Joe...first off...since when was GI Joe considered anime...that's certainly new to me

It is apparently a more recent version that is animated by Gonzo.

No, it really is the old version, but I've also read that some of the animation was done in japan...

but yeah, it's not anime.
