It was due for release today according to HMV, but my pre-order status was reset to waiting for Special Delivery, eta 7 days.

Anyone?

It wouldn't have come today since it is a bank holiday. It would be tomorrow at the earliest.

it's gone into limbo at play.com, and it has gone AWOL at Lace's site, so I doubt it has been released.

Nothing here. The first volume was delayed quite a few times, so this is probably following suit.

I was surprised that once volume 1 finally did come out, it was widely available in regular shops. Smile

Mine's on pre-order on HMV.co.uk and says 'back in stock in 7 days'...

Got an automatic message from HMV saying the order's still on and will be sent asap. Though doubt that really means anything...

No sign of the new stuff at the BBFC or play.com and amazon has it down for 2020. It's still active on Lace's site and volume 3's looking good as well so still fingers crossed.

Got a mail from HMV the other day saying the order for this had been cancelled... Crying or Very sad

Is anyone in contact with Lace or those involved in releasing this? They're still doing pre-orders for volume 3, but what's the point if they've not released set 2?

I checked my order today and it was still live, although nothing had changed

The item seems to have been wiped from HMV's site totally which might indicate a heavy delay perhaps?

I don't mind waiting at all, so there's no need to cancel my order! Sad

Play.com's still got it on there at least, so just signed up to be notified if it appears again.

I've noticed in teh case of PS2 games HMV have a habit of wiping them from the site they seem a bit ruthless about just taking items down even ones that are still readily availbe everywhere else. So I can imagine them being the same with pre-orders.

Yeah, my order just got cancelled too...

What's worrying is this bit in the e-mail...

Quote:
We have been informed by the suppliers that this item has been discontinued from their catalogue, as the manufacturer is now longer producing the item. It has therefore been cancelled from your order.

I know it's a form letter, but that isn't promising. Sad

It has been removed from Lace's website, I'd imagine it's a classic example of bad organisation from Jetix.

Or comparitivly no one bought volume 1 and therefore they saw no point releasing volume 2.
