Or rather the advert on the forum that says 'you have 1 new message' and goes ping is driving me NUTS!!!!!

if youve got firefox use an add-on called adblock plus

unfortunatly with teh forum beign on freeware we have zero contorl over crap like adverts, espetially ones that make noise, they are usally random (out of a set) so try refreshing your page and it will force it to change. uusally works when I'm on sites that have that one that goes "HELLOooo".

Yep I know it's a necessary evil but I seem to be getting the pinging one 9/10
