Yes, everything in that list are the sum total of what MVM were planning to release anyway. It is just that they were not able to due to losing the distribution agreement. Still, good to know we aren't starting FMA from vol 1, which would have taken the biscuit and then some. |

Just saw the article on the front page. Just thought I'd mention that Kiseki never released Golgo 13 - that was manga.
They did Sol Bianca though which was cool.
Edit: MVM have put some of their titles in the clearence section (£4.99 is good, even for a dub-only DVD!), but some titles have stayed at full price making me think that Funimation may merge the old stuff into their own catalogue. |

Gunslinger Girl disks 2&3 are both £4.99 for those who were looking. |

Damo, it's "Revelation" not "Revolution". You used the wrong one on the news story. _________________ UK Anime DVD of the Month Awards

okay, let me get this straight Funi's parent company has basically just decided to cut out the middle man and use one of their own companies to distibute Funimation titles in the UK right? *confused look*
just had a look at what they got, looks like the only reasonable stuff they got is the two dogtanian boxsets and terrahawks.
I guess if its going to be like ADV's arrangement where the UK version is pretty much like the US version, then there should be no worries. Only time will tell I guess.
AW NO! the Dogtanian theme just crawled back into my brain!!! LOL _________________ Subtitles only!? If I wanted to read I would've bought a book! |

I don't think Revelation Films is a part of Navarre, I think it's just that they are the company that Navarre uses to distribute their titles in the UK. _________________ UK Anime DVD of the Month Awards

I had no idea Revelation Films released Navarre titles over here.....in fact looking at what they have surprises me, particually the non-anime stuff they have such as Joe Cartoon, Miami Ink and even The World Of David The Gnome (which features the voices of Christoper Plumber and Tom "Happy Days" Bosley) |

Neither did I, I'm just going by what I've read in the news here, and at other places.. _________________ UK Anime DVD of the Month Awards

| Full Metal Alchemist 9 and Spiral 1 have been listed as £15.99 RRP! Hope this isn't just a launch price and that they'll stick with is as their standard! |

As long as the quality hasnt gone down along with the price.
FruBa is a nice price at £49.99 RRP. _________________ Avatar: Misa Amane from Death Note

I personally think Furuba is a bit expensive when you consider it is just 4 discs although it is still a fairly good saving. £15.99 is a nice price, though. Have to see it when I get it, though and hope they aren't cutting any corners... |

Ah, but compare it to other 26 episode series (normally £59-69) and then it looks good value. _________________ Avatar: Misa Amane from Death Note
