Nothing major really. The first volume of Gunslinger Girl is on play.com and you can see that they've changed the package design a bit. (can't remember her name, but she took up half the front before, not the bottom quarter)

Also dates of there for most/all of Spiral, Rumbling Hearts and Negima for those interested. Couple Moon Phase volumes are on there as well, but no sign of the collector's edition yet...

That rejigged cover looks better than the orginal release imo.
