Has anyone here seen these?, I don't know how to properly describe them but these OAVs have more fanservice than any other anime I have seen

You lost me, do you mean Ikki Tousen: Dragon Destiny, or are there new OVAs seperate to that?

I've not seen either, and if Media Blasters aren't careful, it's doubtful I'll see it at all.
