Ah the new kids on the block, already have a bountiful release schedule and an eclectic collection of titles. Which has been your favourite so far?

I would have thought Full Metal Alchemist would have been a shoe-in, but I had to think for a while, as Rumbling Hearts is pretty close on the excellence scale. _________________ "I thought what I'd do was, I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes."

| Of Revelation's releases this year I have only been interested in (and partaken of) Fullmetal Alchemist, Spiral, Moon Phase, Negima!, Robotech and Tenchi Muyo. Of those I have enjoyed FMA and Moon Phase, found Negima! acceptable (I prefer the manga) and been uninspired by Robotech (I almost fell asleep in the middle of it) and Spiral. Peach Girl and Rumbling Hearts are outside the scope of my interests (I find shoujo romances rather too annoying for my tastes). |

FMA, Moon Phase or Rumbling Hearts
there's some quality titles ont hat list, I'd be pickign one of those, but shall refrain from votign until I've watched all of rumbling hearts. it should win out as beign a darn fine emotional series but FMA I will most likely return to more often, but is long, Moon Phase also really impressed me right the way though. _________________ ...

Rumbling Hearts isnt shoujo. Its possible to be a romantic drama and not be shoujo. _________________ Avatar: Misa Amane from Death Note

| Was a hard choice between Spiral and Fullmetal, but went with Fullmetal in the end. |

yes it is, I'd have to agree and class it more shoujo than shonen

no it isn't, not as melodramatic as rumbling hearts is anyway. Romance for boys in anime is love hina. Chobits et-al. _________________ ...

I might has misheard, but I thought Rumbling Hearts was based on a dating game? Not exactly shojo material...
By your definition, the emotional content of Place Promised in Our Early Days pretty much makes it shojo as well, though I doubt many would consider it in that way. (it and Voices of a Distant Star are major melodramas) |

Voices of a distant star can be anything it wants to be as it's a work of genius. _________________ ...

For me FMA was a no-brainer
(But I am pretty excited about Mushishi later this year too...)[/i] |

I went for Full Metal Alchemist, though Spiral came a close second. I haven't finished Rumbling Hearts yet, so I can't vote for that... |
