| I plan on turning up. I've not been to one of the Expos before but this one looks like it may have lots of interesting announcements at it... |

So long as I'm not dragged in to do overtime (like this coming weekend it seems ), I'll be there! Not sure what day yet.
Gotta start saving my money as I intend totally go for it!
Also reckon there'll be some anime announcements. The coming soon sections on various online stores are quite thin on the ground for fresh shows. Doesn't look like there'll be any leaks this time around! (unlike Naruto last time, lol) |

Me!!
I expcet Manga to annouce the She OVA (they pretty much said they have it), MVM to show off some new FUNimation titles and as for ADV - is it too much to wish for Macross? Yeah probably. Ill say Hellsing Ultimate then (in fact id be surprised if they dont get it sometime soon, since Hellsing TV did well). _________________ Avatar: Seras Victoria from Hellsing: Ultimate

Sounds bad, but I wouldn't be surprised if Manga get ahold of Hellsing Ultimate. It's more their kind of thing and they could probably outbid ADV for it if they really wanted to.
Of course it would also mean that ADV UK would never talk to or do business with Geneon again. |

hmm, i wouldnt say its bad, since i dont think Manga would be able to do a boxset of Hellsing Ultimate that quick SO the singles would be worth getting.
But as i as, ADV may be more likely, since they already have experience with the franchise _________________ Avatar: Seras Victoria from Hellsing: Ultimate

I didn't plan to go down, but considering that I lose my job the week before, I now have some free time
So I'm still undecided. _________________ UK Anime DVD of the Month Awards

I'll be there possibly both days, it depends on the ol' pounds in my pocket. Booked it off work so I'm good.
I'm not really following any news or anything. Just nice to be surrounded by like minded people. _________________ Seek joy in life, cause less strife and hopefully you'll find a pretty wife. LOL! |

Ok the Expo had better be good! In terms of news or anything really, there's been nothing for ages!
I'm not sure I can last until then. Will it really be this quiet right up until the Expo? (I'm assuming there will be a lot of title announcements)
We need something to gossip about dammit! *fidgets* |

Cheers, I need my fix of rumours! *hits up*
Reckon there'll be a fight for Full Metal Panic! TSR between MVM and ADV. (MVM would get it from Funimation, but ADV could go direct to Gonzo as they have done in the past)
Gunbuster would be nice. Not been keepng track of this is R1 land. I'm guessing it'll be over 2 discs and not on one like the old Kiseki release over here?
Hopefully manga will have some new stuff as well. At least some news on Tactics would do. (though I've no idea if it's any good) |

I have a suspicion that FMP TSR will go to MVM given FUNimation's coup on that particular title.
I also suspect that MVM will announce Shakugan no Shana, Fate/Stay Night (outside chance), Negima and Trinity Blood. I would like to hear they have the licence for Beck and School Rumble too but suspect that Beck may be stuck in a limbo (if it has been negotiated at all) as it was in R1 due to the music licences. School Rumble may not have an immediate appeal but it has been one of my favourite titles of the last couple of years.
Would like to hear Manga announce Bleach but Jerome seemed genuinely uncertain on that at AmeCon, which makes me think it will probably be too soon to have completely negotiated it over the course of 3 months or so. |

I also suspect MVM will announce Kamichu! or GunXSword, as well as Ah! My Goddess TV. _________________ UK Anime DVD of the Month Awards

What do you think the odds are for MVM announcing Yawara? That would be something else!
Maybe Banner of the Stars from Beez? Maybe they'll do a box for Crest of the Stars first. Confirmation of Shadow Skill from ADV would be nice as well and I definitely want Bleach coming out here from Manga! |

At Amecon MVM mentioned thaty had 8 unannounced titles still in negotiation - should be ready for expo time.
ADV will probably formally announce next years line up seeen as a lot at Ame was market-tester screenings.
Odds on manga will announce Blood+ - they have a good relationship with Production I.G. and IIRC Sony have the world rights to it - except europe. Jerome did mention they had something a bit violent and "inkeeping" with soem of their older titles. Saikano OVA is an outside bet as well.
BEEZ hopefully will announce Gunbuster but will have had to wade through all and any legalities surrounding the Kiseki UK license.
Then again we could all end up watching tunbleweed roll past and listenign to that twooting Owl in the distance. _________________ ...
