MVM recently started a sale on boxsets, so it's the turn of ADV now:

Really interested in getting Last Exile but what with christmas coming up I've had a bar put on me buying anything. |

Ack, I already have the following new stuff lined up to watch
Elfen Lied
Rumbling Hearts
Gilgamesh
Azumanga Daioh
Angelic Layer
which at my rate of watching will last me until mid way through next year, I generally watch 1 new disk per week and that adds up to around 30.
I'll probaly go for Last Exile and, maybe, Slayers (is it any good?)
which is another 12 weeks worth. _________________ When people fail at being alive, they die.

Slayers is good, but its just a bunch of movies/OVAs. Missing the first movie and OVA series too.... _________________ Avatar: Seras Victoria from Hellsing: Ultimate

Last Exile is good. I have the first five volumes seperately though (And HMV dispatched volume 7 today but not volume 6 *cries*)
I really want Chrono Crusade and The Shinkai Collection, but I have Christmas constraints too. Plus just spending £45 on Amecon tickets, I can't justify more treats |

Chrno Crusade is excellent, I'm rewatching it at the moment having just watched disk 5.
The Place Promised... is also very good, although some people think it flatters to deceive with it's very pretty looks. I liked it a lot in spite of/as well as because of the nice animation. I haven't seen Voices ... yet though. _________________ When people fail at being alive, they die.

| I've watched the first two episodes of Chrono Crusade (a friend's lent me the first volume) and it's really good. She's only got volume 1, so I need to get it if I want to watch the rest. So expensive though...so near Christmas! |
