Is anybody having trouble with HMV apart from me?
I ordered Last Exile 6 from them at the end of October and it still hasn't been dispatched. I've sent them three e-mails, and had replied which were merely bland formulated responses that didn't tell me anything at all, despite me asking specific questions.
Anybody else ordered an item that then went out of stock from HMV? Any idea how long it took in the end? Volume 7 is sitting burning a hole in my shelf. |

I've had very few problems with HMV, Play seem to be a pain these days often charging you before they have stuff to despatch.
That said I've had Damo season 1 part 2 on order with HMV for 2 months and it's still showing as on special order with supplier. To be fair I think this is an issue with the suppier rather than HMV. _________________ When people fail at being alive, they die.

If they've already got it in stock then they're generally pretty good, but stuff that's not in does take quite a while. I've still got a game I ordered late October still to come - in previous experience when they do get it in they will send fairly promptly and let you know about it.
They don't seem to replenish their stock that frequently which seems to be their main problem.
I would either hang in there or cancel and order elsewhere if you see a good price for it. |
