Break down your anime, how does it all add up.
I have 26 complete full length series (20 episodes or more) of them I dislike 2, and indifferent to one. Pretty good going for a reviewer who has to take a lucky dip.
8 complete short series (19 episode or less, most are 13 eps)
24 complete OVAs 25 if you count the MVM Tenchi discs as two series not one. (singles shots and series)
37 movies.
18 incomplete full length series 3 won't ever be completed even if I wanted, the distributors gave up. I have my doubts about long runners like Naruto, Bleach and especially Inuyasha. 13 are currently in the process of being released by distributors, 2 have been released, and I may get around to completing one.
4 incomplete short series (around 13 eps length, 1 I want to complete but its OOP, 1 I'll get around to completing one day, 2 I couldn't care less about)
2 incomplete OVAs and they'll stay that way OOP

Argh, I have barely anything. That said, I only started collecting DVD's properly recently.
6 26-episode series
3 13-episode series
8 Movies
20 incomplete series (some are just the first volume, others are just missing one and a range in between)
And a Region 4 boxset of Fruits Basket which I can't use as a) I have it Region 2 already and b) won't play on my PC/DVD player. |

I think this is right(ish)
over 20 eps - 42
under 20 eps - 41
over 20 eps incomplete - 12
under 20 eps incomplete - 2
ovas - 47 (individual discs / box set mix)
movies - 24
don't ask how many are box sets or thinpacks/bricks All that doesn't include the discs that have been relogated to the cupboard which I think fall under
over 20 eps incomplete - 3 (maybe) _________________ ...
