From the manga reviews index:
"Unlike the DVD reviews, the manga section takes a look at the graphic novel a whole, the scoring system of 0-6 out of 5 will remain. Given that this is new section it is wind open for submissions. Please also note that reviews may contain spoilers." |

I missed a couple of words out
follows the adventures of 15 year old Ichigo Kurosaki as he tries to balance his social life
and
of course everyone’s convinced there’s something going on between them

Why don't you get someone to proof read them before you put them up?
It seems like a lot of effort but it might save you having to change them after the fact.
I'll volunteer if you need somebody. |

I try to proof read what I write, but it's easier to spot mistakes in other people's work rather than your own. Other than that about a week away from a review in order to come at it totally fresh would work just as well.
I kind of do reviews on masse and then spend a while fiddling with sentences to string my thoughts together. This leads to odd isolated words cropping up in the middle of sentences and missing out obvious linking words (like 'and' ).
I guess we get away with it as we're a fansite, I've not received a complaint from any of the companies yet anyway, but yeah it makes me more than a little self-conscious when I spot bad sections so I tend to steer clear of my own work. Ignorance is bliss...
I've still got a big pile of stuff to review, so no time to stop! *battles on*

Well if you want me to proof read any of it, just e-mail it to me and I'll have a look.
I just admire you for taking the time to review so much! |

It really is facinating what the brain fills in for you when you're reading, I try reading my own out loud to myself, that helps a lot, hell there's probably loads of errors still in my reviews but there would be a lot more if I didn't do that. _________________ ...

From the Patlabor 1 Regular Edition review:
'thing is no one really beliefs the findings of the MPD and they have to “go rouge”…'
Ouch. Go rouge? I got images of them all with blusher fighting evil and just laughed my head off.
I'm immature like that.

Found a piece of anime and manga news, tell us hear and we may use it on the main site, if we do - get yourself credited.
On the News and Rumours forum introduction...can't believe I haven't spotted it before. |

Well I think stuff like that is part of the site's charm.

How do you grab runs? and surely that's unsanitary? _________________ UK Anime DVD of the Month Awards

From the Samurai X Trust Review:
I would like to have given Samurai X Trust a 5/5 but since it is one half of a pair, you really need to watch the second, Samurai X betrayal. There are no real negatives here for me but if you only watch one you’ll feel that you have mist something and that's good to a point because you’ll most likely get the next one. "
