Oh that, I just had a look in the admin section and I can semi-corrent it, I can't set the time exactly but I can move it +/- GMT by 1 hour but I can't remember if BST is +1 or -1 away from GMT.

BST is +1, but then it will be 15 minutes fast, which I guess is better than 45 minutes slow.
