I wonder if you guys can help me with some advice.

I placed an order with adv around this time last month for burn up excess boxset divergence eve all 3 disks and zone of enders complete collection, i received burn up excess and divergence eve but there is still no sign of the zone of enders complete collection.

When i placed the order i did not receive any conformation emails about the order or any dispatch emails and they took the cash out my account for the entire order not just the items i have received.

I have tried emailing them to the address they provide on the website 4 times now and have never had a reply from them(have all spam filters turned off so they not being lost that way).

I am just lost as to what to do now as they have no contact phone number so i can not call them to try and find out whats happening.

If it was one of the divergence eve titles that did not turn up i would not be to bothered cus they was cheap but the zone of enders boxset is a £40 set so am starting to worry now.

Any suggestions ?

Hmm, I've never had too many problems with them. Whenever I contacted them, they got back to me (I've PMed you the address I used).

The only thing I'd say its that they're not the fastest, but yeah any more tha a few weeks and I'd be onto them as they don't have confrimation e-mails or anything like need. So long as you printed out the original confirmation you should be alright as it'll have your order number on it. Quote that to them and they should be able to look it up.

Thats the problem though as i dont have a printer i not print the order conformation out, i usually do a copy and paste to save a copy on my computer but i did a big computer upgrade and full system format in between ordering the dvd's and realising i might have a problem.

Thanks alot for the pm i will try sending a mail to that address see if i get an answer from that.

Well i nearly died of shock this morning when a package i was not expecting turned up, opened the box to find my zone of enders box set.
