How much anime do you watch both in terms of time
hours per day / week
and in terms of number of shows, is it varid or marathon 1 show and then leave it.

you get the idea

Not enough these days. Crying or Very sad If I'm lucky maybe a disc or two a week though it used to be a bit more not so long ago (damn work!). I average maybe 2-3 episodes per sitting.

As long as there is nothing else on, which there never is nowadays, I have three series on the go at once, and watch two episodes of each, or 45 minutes worth.

Last night, two eps of Witch Hunter Robin, ep 1 of Bubblegum Crisis, and 5 eps of YUA Mini Specials.

It wouldn't be so much if there was anything else on television worth watching, at all.

To put it in context, the only other television I watched yesterday was...

20 minutes of breakfast news in the morning.

Ooh Mock the Week on tonight. Half an hour of broadcast TV!

Probably too much, but that doesn't mean I'm gonna cut back. I try to watch a couple of episodes each day, but I'm known to sometimes watch many more that that.

Probably too much (but I am not sure such a thing exists Razz). It is very dependant upon my mood, whether I have games I want to play and a few other factors. I have recently been doing a marathon session with Shugo Chara watching upwards of 10+ episodes per day and quite often will watch a couple of volumes per night if they are available. So, yeah, an inordinate amount of anime by anybody's standards I think.

Occasionally I go through phases where I will watch lots and lots, especially when I've the money to buy a new DVD or box set (normally imported) each week.

Then there are times where I won't watch anything for months, either because life gets in the way or I just keep putting the series off. I bought She the Ultimate Weapon/Saikanno boxset from Manga Ents stand at the May London Expo in 2007, didn't finish it off till about a month before I went to the 2008 May Expo.

I feel I watch the right amount.

This will of course vary from person to person and I expect that my volume is lower than most.

It tends to be 1 disk of a new series and 1 disk of a rewatch series per week plus 1 film that may be anime but more normally is Asian cinema.

If I'm off over at e.g. Christmas it will be more.

I tend to be watching a lot less than I used to at the moment only 1 disc every few nights when it used to be upwards of two full discs a day.
